The R3sidence London Process


1. Receive instructions from client to source a property through our own independent research and contacts with agents

2. Compile a short list based on client’s requirements

3. View shortlisted properties and negotiate on behalf of the client

4. Liaise with solicitors and banks (where appropriate)

5. Collect keys on completition

6. Arrange tenant for property / arrange for refurbishment work to be conducted (if applicable)

7. Ongoing property management with half yearly reports and regular inspections
